Awesome service. We had him pump out our tank a little under a year ago and he was prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. We recently had an issue with a clog in the tank and he responded within a day and was able to fix it within minutes. As he was "simply driving by anyway", he didn't even charge us! We will definitely be using Mike again for the next pump-out.

Mikes Septic came and pumped two septic tanks at the property. He was very professional and gave honest advice of when I should have the tanks pumped in the future along with advice on maintaining the system. There were no hidden fees and he had the best price. Best customer service. Answered my call on a holiday weekend, wasn't sure if we had an emergency or not. Came out less than 24 hours later.
After looking at my system and cleaning out the important parts to evaluate what was going on, he told me how much a full service would cost right now, or do a partial clean and doing a complete clean in a couple of years (my system is huge). Was happy to have been given the option instead of being stuck with an enormous bill without warning.
Mike also educated me on how to properly maintain our system. I am happy to recommend him, and will be calling him out again for future services.
